Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your self-care gift box, so if something's not quite right, we'll make it right.

Faulty or damaged items

If your box arrives damaged, or something inside it is faulty, please email us at bumptobaby4@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you can return your box within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as:

• The box and its contents are unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• You cover the cost of return shipping

Once we receive and check the return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

What we can't accept

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on boxes that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty.

How to start a return

Email us at bumptobaby4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send through the return address and next steps.
